• Hritik Garg is the Founder of Sahritik Advisors, bringing together strong academic credentials and practical expertise in taxation, corporate advisory, and regulatory frameworks.

• He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi and holds a degree in Law (LL.B.). He is also a registered Goods and Services Tax (GST) Practitioner, with a focused specialization in GST as well as a strong command over Direct Tax laws.

• With extensive experience in GST and Direct Tax structuring, compliance, litigation, and audits, he has advised clients across diverse industries, enabling them to navigate complex tax and regulatory environments with clarity and confidence. His expertise spans both indirect and direct taxation, ensuring well-rounded and strategic solutions for businesses.

• In addition to taxation, he is well-versed in corporate laws, financial advisory, and compliance frameworks, allowing him to provide integrated guidance that aligns legal requirements with business objectives.

• Sahil Gupta is a key member of Sahritik Advisors. A Commerce graduate (B.Com) and a final-level Chartered Accountancy (CA) candidate, he combines strong academic knowledge with practical exposure to deliver structured, result-oriented solutions.

• He is known for his methodical and analytical approach to complex financial, taxation, and regulatory challenges. His focus lies in transforming intricate problems into clear, workable strategies that support compliance, efficiency, and business growth.

   RISHABH BANSAL ( CA , CFA )

• Rishabh Bansal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a distinguished academic and professional background, including an All India Rank in the CA Foundation examination. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from Municipal College, Rourkela, and is also a CFA charterholder.

• He has previously worked with HSBC, where he gained valuable exposure in finance, client engagement, and risk management, strengthening his practical understanding of global financial systems and corporate operations.

• His core competencies include direct and indirect taxation, GST advisory, financial reporting, compliance, and investment research. He brings a strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, enabling clients to make informed and strategic financial decisions.
